Concretely, this translates into ongoing training services and development methods offered to all employees, partners and interns. Training activities
To develop our personnel's skills and knowledge, the Training Department offers the entire network regular courses and seminars on topics of interest as well as customized products and services. For example, the contents and exercises of certain courses can be tailored to a specific environment or need.
On-line training
Centr@, our on-line training platform, allows us to develop teaching material (presentations, exercises, handbooks), to offer individual training and to coordinate training sessions throughout the network. As a result, professionals in different offices can receive the same training at the same time without having to change venues. Thanks to Centr@, our employees can update their knowledge and develop their skills with the help of experts and without restrictions imposed by immobile locations or schedules. In fact, they can even view a session they were unable to attend.
